Where the material comes from
Chronotype here is the descriptive morningness-eveningness continuum. Both authorings agreed on every categorical cell; what remains contested in the research – prevalence splits, cut points, causality – sits in the notes and on the pages as open questions. No branded animal taxonomy, no copyrighted questionnaire items.
What this site refuses to do
Descriptive, never medical: sleep problems belong to clinicians, and no page here will pretend otherwise.
